I didn’t read much of the article is because my interest moved over to a book it mentioned The Cluetrain Manifesto. I don’t have a copy yet (B&N didn’t have it at lunchtime), but the nice thing is that it has an online version (full text). If I convert it to a nice pdf I’ll post a note on the blog otherwise it will be up to you to go buy it yourself.
